Gioia was immersed in the real estate world from an early age; her parents were in the industry and educated her on their investment properties.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Gioia studied business marketing at FIDM, managed long and short-term vacation rentals, ran multiple retail businesses and served as a marketing manager for multiple big-name beauty brands.
When she isn’t negotiating deals and studying the latest market data, Gioia can be found spending quality time with her husband and son, being active and exploring the hiking trails on Cowles Mountain and relaxing at the beach. Gioia also supports local non-profit Reel Teens San Diego, which serves and supports area youths in a faith-based environment.
